The American Radio Relay League has long stood for our hobby protecting our frequencies and operating modes, providing training and a myriad of other services. Volunteers are essential to making ARRL work. One key position is the Section Manager. They cover geographical areas as large as some states. Our section manager spends hours behind the windshield to meet with members throughout his section.
