It is in Reno, it is operational and the data is apparently available. Two points: 1) I do not know of any app, news source, etc., that is using it. If anyone else does, please let us know. 2) I have identified who the operator is and reached out to them. I did not hear back from them directly, but indirectly I was told that an effort is being made to get us access to it. When I know more I will advise. Thanks for asking.
