Update – June 2026: HamClock Is Back Online!
All,
Good news! The backend database/server issue that threatened HamClock has been resolved thanks to Bruce (W4BAE) and the community team.
They’ve set up a new community backend server at hamclock.com that keeps HamClock fully operational past the original June 2026 shutdown. It’s serving over 1,600 units across all platforms with zero dependency on the old ClearSkyInstitute servers.
The fix is simple and takes about 30 seconds. Full instructions for every platform are on hamclock.com.
I’ve now applied the fix successfully to both of our HamClocks:
Our original Inovato QUADRA 4K
Our replacement HK1RBOX Bundle (pre-flashed with HamClock V4.25 and other ham radio software from N0LSR)

Udo (N0LSR) continues to do excellent work supporting these devices, including updated images, recovery cards, and accessories like the perfect little UPS for power stability.
HamClock is alive and well again — thanks to the ham radio community stepping up!
