Just a friendly reminder that the Choctaw County ARC Fish Fry is coming up, and everyone is invited. If you’ve been looking for an excuse to get on the road, meet some neighboring hams, enjoy a good meal, and put a few more faces with the callsigns you hear on the air, this is a great opportunity.
If you’re planning to attend, please reply here and let us know. It would be nice to see a good RRVARC turnout. If there’s enough interest, we might even be able to coordinate some informal carpooling.
One of the strengths of amateur radio has always been the friendships we build across club and state lines. Supporting our neighboring clubs helps strengthen the entire amateur radio community throughout Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, and Southwest Arkansas.
