Charles Penry (WA5VHU) has informed us that we need a new amplifier. Originally I was told it would cost about $600 and so I passed the hat to a few people. A week before Gary passed he offered $200 for the amplifier replacement. Kathy and I matched it and Haskell said he would go $100. Then we learned it would be closer to $1,200. Kathy and my offer stands and we’ll cover Gary’s pledge, so $400. So, we are at $500. If anyone else wants to pledge towards our goal please let me know.
