If y’all are local to Lamar County, I am a member at the Maxey Rifleman Gun Club. It has rifle and pistol ranges. I have never had any issues with the people out there.
Off topic a little:
Personally, I am moving away from my 30-06 for hunting due to age related bruising issue. I will probable go to a AR-10 frame in 308.
