The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for 11am, Tuesday, November 18th @ High Cotton Kitchen. The main topic of discussion is voting on a resolution to adjust quorum numbers for meetings. Everyone is welcome to attend, however motions and topics may only be brought up by board members. We look forward to seeing you there.

Yesterday (Tuesday, November 18, 2025) the Club board of directors met at High Cotton Kitchen at 1100. The purpose of the meeting was to take care of business so that we can keep the member meetings light, quick, engaging and with most of the time spent on “non-business” stuff.Yesterdays three primary business items were: 1) Passage of a resolution recommending the membership to lower the percentage of members required to be present for a quorum; and 2) Adoption of policy regarding when and how we count the membership numbers for that quorum; and 3) Discussion of the recommendation that we DO have a Club meeting in December, in addition to the Christmas party. The meeting was confirmed and the date of that meeting will be the THIRD Saturday (December 20, 2025).
We look forward to seeing everyone this coming Saturday (November 22, 2025) at High Cotton Kitchen for our regular meeting. We will discuss each of the items above in a little more detail there.
