The Bonham in Autumn bike rally is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th. Please mark your calendars. Like with our Tour de Paris, the local Chamber of Commerce is the chief sponsor and coordinator for the event. The Fannin County Amateur Radio Club is handling comms. As with last year they are looking for some supplemental radio operators to help out. I am planning to go and if you are willing and interested, please drop me an email here.
The profile is very similar to our TDP, so it should feel familiar to all. Last year we had 6-8 Club members help out and we all had a great time. It gives us a chance to meet and greet hams from Fannin County, it helps to open channels of communications between the two clubs and I think it is a genuine win-win-win. I hope you will join me for the event!

The FCARC is ready for volunteers to sign up for Autumn in Bonham. If you would like to participate, please let me know ASAP, so I can get your contact info to them. As of now, Cliff, Phil, and I are signed up. This should be a fun event and a chance to help out our neighboring ham club.
