All,

I have been asked to write a post on updating renewals on the Mobile Beacon hotspots. Two key items:

1) You must have the IMEI for your device.
2) Unless you want to pay for everyone else coming up for renewal, please pay close attention to tick Renew Later on ALL but your IMEI and on checkout make sure the price is reasonable. We have had one person get charged a couple of grand and then had to call and jump through a bunch of hoops to get that unwound, so please pay attention to the caution.

There are a number of IMEI’s we don’t know who they belong too. If you see your IMEI and there isn’t a name with it, please email me so that I can update the records. If you will tell me when you renewed it I will try and remind you each year.

OK, with that, here is the step-by-step:

1) Click this link (click here) to the RRVARC page where we try to keep all of them listed.
2) Confirm your IMEI is on the page. If not, please email, text or call me (214-729-6182).
3)  Please click this Mobile Beacon page link (click here).
3) SUPER IMPORTANT – Tick the radio button next to Renew Later on all but yours. – SUPER IMPORTANT
4) Click the “CONTINUE” button at the bottom of the page.
5) Change the name, address, email, whatever, to your info.
6) Enter your credit card information and check the price. If the price seems high, back out and make sure everyone else has Renew Later ticked.
