All,
The forums email notifications has been broken since we migrated to a new email host maybe six weeks ago. We are in the process of trying to completely change the forums to a new format with a lot more features. Rather than trying to fix the email notices issue I have asked that the new forums be the task that is concentrated on.
With the big solar flare 1-2 days ago, the closure of our normal meeting place (High Cotton Kitchen) and the potential for an ice storm Friday night; I am twisting knobs and pushing buttons to see if I can get forum updates to again start emailing all of us. If you get one or more of these emails suddenly and you don’t want forum notices, I have two requests:
1) Please indulge me 24 hours and see if maybe you might want them and didn’t know it.
2) If after 24 hours you still hate getting them then please go to the site (www.rrvarc.org), log in, click forums at the top of the page and then click the grey unsubscribe button at the top right in each area (Announcements, Events, General Q&A, etc.).Please be patient, no yelling (THIS IS YELLING!) or any of that kind of stuff. Your all-volunteer help is working hard.
