On Saturday morning, High Cotton Kitchen crowd favorite Payton Lindsey (waitstaff manager) informed us that Richard Lee had died of an apparent heart attack late Friday or early Saturday.  Richard and Regina Lee jointly owned High Cotton Kitchen and while we mostly deal with Regina, Richard was a fixture.  Details are:

Visitation: Tuesday, January 5, Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home, 730 Clarksville St, Paris, Texas 5pm-7pm (link)

Funeral: Wednesday, January 6, Leesville Baptist Church, 11474 FM 195, Bagwell, Texas 10:40am (link)

Interment:  Leesville Cemetery, following the funeral service. (link)

The RRVARC has a real connection with High Cotton Kitchen, staff and ownership.  Richard will be missed.
