Red River Valley Amateur Radio Club
Amateur Radio in and around the Red River Valley Area of Northeast Texas
All,
Do you run Windows 10 or 11? If so then you have perhaps seen that Microsoft is now bundling advertising to enhance your viewing pleasure… Yeah, no, I own the computer and everything in it and it annoys me to no end when they or anyone else wants to push stuff in front of my face. Is there no solution? Oh, but there is.
This article – Sick of ads in Windows? This ingenious program eradicates them all – explains it and provides a download link for a utility that stops it all – ALL – in its tracks. I have run it to good effect and suggest that you do too.
Enjoy,
Phillip
When I click on the “You can find the download here” for the program, nothing happens. can you include the web page for the download?
Jerry,
Well, isn’t that odd. It worked for me yesterday, but like you said it just reloads the page without taking you to the program when you click the embedded link. You bet, try clicking here OFGB – Version 0.3 and see if that works for you.
Enjoy,
Phillip
