All,
I am going to start a list of tower climbers. I periodically get asked if I know of one so I figured we may as well start up a list. I am not warranting that they will do a job for you, vouching for them in any way as far as their reliability, etc. This is just a list. If you know one that isn’t on this list, please add them or contact me and I will. Ditto if you have any additional detail for one of the climbers on the list. This is my first post with an editable table that is supposed to be sortable, so we’ll see.

We don’t have a post “preview” feature (yet, but we’re working on it) so if you looked and there wasn’t previously a table, I added something to the site to accommodate addition of a table to a forum post. Hopefully it is displaying correctly for you now. It is for me. Please let me know if you have any comments, questions, problems, etc.

May 31, 2026 at 2:02 pm #48657Table looks good on my iPhone 👍🏼
May 31, 2026 at 2:28 pm #48659OS: F42 fedora (linux)
WM/DE: e16/Mate
Browser: Firefox 151
Video resolution: 3840×2160
Table displays nominally at typical window widths, however with lateral resizing, the table will not resize with the window, and does not present a lateral scroll bar to assist with navigation.
Whether that is client-side or server side is anybody’s guess. That said, it should be OS/browser agnostic. And that said, this could easily be a corner/pocket case.
May 31, 2026 at 2:44 pm #48660Update: Compression failure point @ 720px wide. Error appears browser agnostic. Chromium and Mozilla effected.

Thanks, I modified the CSS code some more and it scrolls left/right whether in landscape or portrait in Safari and Firefox on my iPhone with the small screen. You can’t get a scrollable table to resize in a window on a page, scrolling is the only option. At least that is my poorly educated take on the matter. Does it scroll for you OK now? On a PC you can hit Ctl+ and -/+ and it will zoom the whole page in and out, but still not the table. I can make it a static image and then we can have both, but I can’t hyperlink phone numbers and email addresses in a static image. Thanks again!

May 31, 2026 at 10:13 pm #48670Okay. It’s producing a horizontal scrollbar now. Looks about as good as it is going to get over multiple platforms. Nice work!
