Thanks Mark, I missed that point about adding all the bonus numbers up!

So, I will be operating from Alternative Power and will operate with Multiple Antennas (a second antenna).

As for the others you have checked off  I think as long as at least one of our stations does those we should be good.

As Cindy and I are camping in a dinky little camper, and wanting to keep things simple, we are going to bring meals from town plus food that does not need to be cooked.

Is anyone else planning a “cookout” for any particular meal? If so we could bring some steaks, maybe a wild boar or some roadkill or something…

Got to keep the troops fed!

I plan on doing something Friday night, like cheeseburgers and hotdogs. I’ll us the campsite grill. We can decide to do something Saturday night if y’all want. We could do steaks, chicken, fajitas, or something like that. You are welcome to use my microwave for anything you need. The stove top works, but unfortunately my oven does not, if you need it.

I’ll be coming back to Paris for the meeting on Saturday, so I’ll eat breakfast at HKC and do something simple like sandwiches for lunch. Of course, I’ll always have camper snacky snacks.

I was supposed to be making a WFD schedule and instead I added our info to this flyer. I think it’s kind of cool though.

Cindy and I had a great time this year at Winter Field Day, along with Mark W5PTX and Cliff KI5OPP plus the fine folks that came out to visit with us!

The log says our three stations made a total of 504 contacts. We got 47 out of 50 US states and 76 out of 86 sections.

The map show the sections/states we worked, shown in color. Any section/state that is in white was not worked.

I have submitted our log and bonus points to the Winter Field Day web page however they have not posted the results yet so I don’t know for sure how many points we received.

Looking forward to the next Winter Field Day!
